If you’re interested in a custom Workout plan here’s what you can expect:

  • 30-minute online consultation so that I can learn more about your background, your lifestyle, and your current health and fitness goals

  • Fitness assessment

    • What are your goals in the gym?

    • Are you training for sports performance, bodybuilding, or for general health and wellness?

    • What type of workout equipment do you have available to you?

    • What’s your experience level like in the gym?

  • From this information, I’ll develop a personalized 8-Week Training Plan that includes:

    • 8 weeks worth of workouts broken up into your ideal training split (Training splits range from 3 - 6 days per week based on your personal preferences)

    • Custom videos demonstrating how to perform each exercise properly

  • Weekly check-ins to review your plan (what’s working / what isn’t)

  • Video review - submit videos of you performing an exercise

  • My goal is that after working with me, you will have all of the knowledge and understanding you need to both succeed and maintain your success in the gym.
