N2 Nutrition and Performance Healthy Eating Guide

If you’re interested in a custom nutrition plan here’s what you can expect:

  • 30-minute online consultation so that I can learn more about your background, your lifestyle, and your current health and fitness goals

  • Dietary assessments

    • What are your favorite and least favorite foods (the ones you must have in your diet or refuse to eat)?

    • Do you have any dietary restrictions?

    • How often do you eat out?

    • What’s your experience with meal preparation and planning?

    • How often do you go grocery shopping?

    • Are you preparing food for just yourself, friends, or family?

    • I’ll also examine the main foods you eat on a routine basis

  • From this information, I’ll develop a personalized 4-Week Nutrition Plan that includes:

    • 4 weeks worth of healthy recipes (40+ recipes)

    • Weekly meal plans with accompanying grocery lists

    • Calorie and macronutrient profiles for all of your meals

  • Weekly check-ins to review your plan (what’s working / what isn’t)

  • My goal is that after working with me, you will have all of the knowledge and understanding you need to both succeed and maintain your success.
